HOMEstretch is a home preparation services company that is dedicated to helping homeowners and realtors prepare their home for sale by providing a one-stop-shop. Services include: junk removal, painting, flooring, landscaping, handyman and cleaning.
We're looking to add an energetic Business Development Specialist with a proven sales record to join our core team and contribute to our market in North Denver-Boulder.
What You'll Do:
- Develop relationships with real estate agents and work closely with clients to conduct consultations and provide expert advice on making homes market-ready.
- Network within the community to raise awareness of HOMEstretch and our services.
- Secure office presentations with real estate agents and referral partners.
- Drive sales and business development efforts by introducing our services to Denver/Boulder-area real estate agents.
- Collaborate with our Director of Brand and Marketing to implement effective local marketing strategies.
- Conduct client consultations at their homes, discussing their needs and how HOMEstretch services can enhance their property.
- Generate proposals/service quotes and follow-up with clients to finalize deals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
- A people person who excels at building relationships and enjoys connecting with others in person and over the phone.
- Punctuality is a must - we pride ourselves on being on time for every client meeting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a rapid response to client inquiries via phone, text, or email.
- Knowledge or eagerness to learn about home preparation services, including the latest design trends, painting recommendations, flooring options, and cosmetic improvements.
- Real estate or home renovation experience is a plus.
- Enjoy solving problems and working closely with clients to meet their needs.
- Comfortable in a start-up environment where agility and initiative are valued.
- Highly motivated and proactive, always seeking solutions to challenges.
Salary:
- $60,000 base salary
- Bonus up to an additional $15,000 annually
Pay: $60, $75,000.00 per year
