What You'll Do- Lead daily kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
- Train, coach, and develop BOH team members
- Maintain standards for food quality, consistency, speed, and presentation
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met
- Manage prep, inventory, ordering, and food cost
- Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Passion for food, hospitality, and team leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Accountability, consistency, and pride in execution
