Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. Your will also have the opportunity to learn simple food preparation and service, as well as assist in the bowling and golf side of the business. Prioritizing weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash register or Aloha POS system.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Uphold health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
• Assist with bowling lane check-ins as needed

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bartender in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
• Proficiency in cash handling and experience using cash registers or POS systems such as Aloha.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in the food industry or hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
