LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Metabolic Research Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse

(LPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys a supportive wellness-focused

environment, and takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality client care.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in administering injections, maintaining compliant

documentation, and ensuring proper handling and auditing of prescription medications within the

center.

What You'll Do

Care & Injections

• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections (e.g., Glutathione, GAC, GLP-1,

MIC B12, B12 Lipo) following established protocols.

• Verify medication accuracy, dosage, expiration dates, and documentation for every

injection.

• Follow all OSHA-compliant injection safety and sharps-disposal practices.

Charting & Documentation

• Document all client encounters accurately, clearly, and in a timely manner.

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records.

Prescription & Medication Auditing

• Verify and document prescription medication shipments from pharmacies.

• Manage proper storage, handling, and security of all prescription medications.

• Maintain detailed logs of medications received, dispensed, and remaining.

Professionalism & Communication

• Provide warm, professional care that aligns with Metabolic Research Center standards.

• Work reliably and independently in a once-weekly contractor role.

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license in good standing (state of practice).

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; wellness or outpatient experience a plus.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA and OSHA standards.

• Competent and confident in administering IM and subcutaneous injections.

• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Must carry personal professional liability insurance (1099 requirement).

• CPR certification preferred or per state requirements
