Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to the company's success, and grow your career in sales. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The Inside Sales Representative is tasked with development of their assigned territory and ensures sales targets are met while utilizing all available tools.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via cold calls, email campaigns, and research.
- Follow up with current customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions to increase revenue.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Support sales strategies, handle objections, negotiate deals, and report market trends and feedback to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar discipline is preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the medical device or healthcare technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in assigned territories.
- Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- Startup or emerging-growth company experience preferred.
- Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
