IT Help Desk Technician

We are seeking an entry level IT Helpdesk Technician who is looking to grow their career in desktop, application, and cloud support to join our team. As a Helpdesk Tech at BCEW/PSW, you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support to our internal users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and resolving IT-related problems. You will also assist in maintaining our systems, networks, and servers.

As part of BCEW/PSW's shared services IT team, you will support multiple environments across offices, field teams, and remote users, gaining exposure to a wide range of systems, applications, and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide technical support to internal users via email, phone, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Configure and manage mobile devices using MDM solutions (Intune preferred)
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft EntraID
• Support ERP and accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains/Priority ERP experience a plus)
• Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data through patching, updates, and compliance checks
• Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
