We're hiring an

Experienced Plumbing Service Technician

to join our Poughkeepsie-based team. This is a field service role focused on residential work. You'll diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, communicate directly with homeowners, and deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Perform thorough inspections and troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Complete approved work safely and efficiently, aiming for first-visit resolution whenever possible.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
• Present repair/replacement options and answer questions confidently.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call.
• Build and present estimates using ServiceTitan or similar field software.
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations.
• Keep your service truck clean, stocked, and organized.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of related plumbing experience (residential strongly preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Trade-related hand tools.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional, customer-focused communication and appearance.
• Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or another service management/iPad-based system.
• OSHA 10 or other trade-related certifications.
• Basic HVAC experience is a plus.
• Interest in ongoing training and education as technology changes.

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 Employment
• Compensation: Performance based pay, with bonus opportunities (typical annual earnings range from $80,000 to $110,000+, depending on workload, efficiency, and performance)
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (after meeting standard performance expectations).

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Core Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• On-Call Rotation: Evenings/after-hours for emergency calls (shared rotation)
• Maintain a professional, clean appearance and represent Lambert's brand positively.
• Keep trucks, tools, and inventory organized and ready for the day's calls.
