Part-Time Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk Associate with strong Canva, Instagram, TikTok and social media content skills. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience working in a clinical, aesthetic, or medical spa environment, preferably supporting surgeons, injectors, or providers using advanced aesthetic devices. This hybrid role blends client-facing responsibilities with creative marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk / Client Experience

• Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and client messages
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Process payments and perform daily closing duties
• Support estheticians, injectors, and medical providers with client flow and schedule coordination
• Understand basic terminology related to aesthetic treatments and devices (training provided)

Social Media & Canva Content

• Create polished, on-brand graphics using Canva
• Assist with scheduling and posting content (IG, TikTok, Reels, etc.)
• Capture behind-the-scenes content when appropriate
• Support promotional campaigns, product pushes, and seasonal announcements
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms

Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, polished, and service-oriented
• 1–2+ years experience working with surgeons, injectors, or in a medical spa environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with advanced aesthetic devices (training provided)
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Canva
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends
• Interest in skincare, aesthetics, and wellness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Previous front desk or spa experience preferred

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
