Position Overview

The Client Care Representative (CCR) is the client's first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such presents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The CCR answers the telephones, greets and properly routes clients, receives and transmits telephone and other messages, updates client records, prepares invoice and estimates and collects payments and may perform a variety of other related services. They have a significant role in communicating and educating clients, delivering world class client service while maintaining the trust of our clients through competency, and strong interpersonal skills. They are an integral ingredient to our successful hospital. The ideal candidate will exhibit the appropriate knowledge, skills, eagerness to acquire new training, and amicably fit into our established team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
