Overview:

We're looking for a Staff Engineer to help build AI-powered systems that transform professional workflows. You'll design and scale backend services that power intelligent, real-time AI applications, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build
  complex AI pipelines, including
  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  and
  LLM-based systems
  .
• Lead technical strategy
  for integrating AI models into production software via APIs, microservices, and distributed data systems.
• Mentor engineers
  and champion
  MLOps/LLMOps
  best practices.
• Collaborate
  with research, product, and design teams to turn AI innovations into market-ready features.
• Ensure
  scalability, security, and ethical AI governance
  across deployments.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years experience in ML/AI
• 8+ years total experience as a software engineer
• Deep understanding of
  LLM architectures
  ,
  vector databases
  ,
  semantic search
  ,
  distributed systems
  , and
  enterprise data integration
  .
• Expert in
  Python
  , with strong knowledge of
  PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX
  .
• Experience building
  AI pipelines
  that handle real-world workloads.
