What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct care to clients in home, school, and clinic settings
  • Implement behavior strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Support skill development in communication, socialization, play, motor skills, self-help, and school readiness
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and plans
    • Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Access to a mobile phone (for email) and basic internet (if working offsite)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance with minimum 25/50k liability coverage
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
  • Must pass a DOJ/FBI background check
  • Current TB Test (within the last 6 months)
    • Work Environment & Physical Qualifications
  • Provide support in homes, schools, and clinics
  • Ability to work in settings with moderate to loud noise levels
  • Comfort working with individuals who may display a wide range of behaviors and needs
