Duties

• Demonstrate effective selling techniques to achieve sales targets and promote store products.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining an organized sales floor to ensure product availability.
• Supervise and support fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Apply basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels accurately.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and another language, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Conduct retail math calculations to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is required for effective communication with customers.
• Strong retail sales experience, preferably in grocery store settings, is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
