QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall work
• Basic computer skills
• A self-motivated, organized, and efficient work style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience or equivalent repair skills (preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (a plus)

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROVER RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH

Each day as a Rover Residential Maintenance Tech, you'll complete a mix of maintenance requests, apartment turnovers (sometimes including painting), and ensure all work areas are spotless and safe. You'll document tasks, attend occasional virtual meetings, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of keeping our communities in top shape

Enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with only the occasional after-hours emergency call. Start your day from the comfort of your home; no need to report to a central office You'll travel to different job sites, log your mileage each month, and receive a travel allowance to help cover expenses. We encourage you to plan your routes smartly, drive during the best times, and make your day as efficient as possible.
