Full-Time Centralized Leasing Professional

Position:
Centralized Leasing Professional
Location:
Tampa Support Center, Tampa, Florida
Hours:
Hybrid – 4 days in office / 1 day remote (Full Time)
Key Qualifications:
- Tax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred.
- Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, chat, and digital platforms.
- Conduct virtual leasing presentations and follow up with prospects to convert leads to leases.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site tours with property teams when applicable.
- Manage lead pipelines in accordance with company standards, ensuring timely and thorough follow-up.
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect communications within CRM/Yardi systems.
- Collaborate closely with on-site leasing and management teams to align pricing, availability, and leasing strategies.
- Utilize digital tools (such as Knock, Yardi, or Elise AI) to manage leads and optimize leasing performance.
- Support marketing initiatives by ensuring online listings are accurate, compelling, and up to date.
- Analyze leasing data and performance metrics; recommend strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Uphold all Fair Housing laws and company policies in every interaction.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of leasing or sales experience in multi-family property management, hospitality, or related field.
- Demonstrable understanding of LIHTC program.
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred).
Skills & Certifications
:Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with multiple systems and virtual platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual (Spanish) helpful.
