Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, performing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software. Additional tasks include reconciling accounts, monitoring financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping, including maintaining accurate financial records and tracking financial transactions
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and the ability to prepare and analyze them
• Fully proficient in English (written and verbal) to communicate clearly with vendors, customers, and team members.
• Steady, committed individuals who value long-term stability in a hands-on role within a product-based B2B company.
• Brings at least 3 years of consecutive experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), cash flow forecasting and Banks reconciliations
• Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
