Description of responsibilities:

Operate the dishwashing machine

Maintain a safe and sanitary food service environment by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors as well sanitizing the dish machine

Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas

Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules

Receives deliveries of food and non-perishable supplies under the direction of culinary services director/ cook

Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Required experience:

High school diploma/GED preferred

One (1) Previous Experience Preferred
Required skills:

Interest in working with a senior population

Demonstrated customer service skills

Organizational and time management skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule
