We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Inspector to assist our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, with a focus on guest room cleaning and hospitality. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction through effective team leadership and operational excellence.

Duties

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and maintained.
• Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. evenings and holidays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and management.
