Hotel Assistant Manager

As the Hotel Manager at this hotel, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations in order to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervise front desk staff and coordinate guest services to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in guest relations with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with hotel management and front desk operations is preferred.
