Experienced Residential Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning environments, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This role involves various cleaning tasks that contribute to the overall hygiene and appearance of homes or facilities.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping duties such as laundry, floor care, and carpet cleaning as required.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens effectively to promote health and safety.
• Assist in the organization of spaces by decluttering and arranging furniture as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding job details and updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred.
• Must provide proof of liability insurance.
• Must have reliable vehicle and dependable transportation.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in floor care.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing special attention or additional care.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
