Teacher Assistant

Victory Christian Academy is seeking a versatile and dependable General Floater/Educational Assistant to support our school community. The General Floater/EA will assist in various roles across the school, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support to teachers, students, and staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in classrooms, including supervising students and supporting teachers with daily activities.
• Step in as a substitute teacher or classroom aide when needed.
• Monitor students during lunch, recess, and other transitional periods.
• Assist with office tasks, including answering phones and organizing materials.
• Support school events and activities as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a positive, Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Alignment with the values and mission of Victory Christian Academy.
