Associate Litigation Attorney

The Jacksonville Office of Brennan Manna Diamond is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong courtroom and case management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, meditations and trials.
• Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with partners and clients
• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and firm expectations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor
• Active Bar Membership
• 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial, etc.)
• Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
