You'll Make a Big Impact on Our Customer Experience:

Infinity Cutting Tools has an immediate opening for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our customers primarily through live chat, along with phone and email communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and communicating clearly and professionally in written form.

Live chat will be a major component of this position, so strong typing skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to handle multiple conversations at once are essential.

This position starts ASAP with hours Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and is in person at our Oldsmar, FL location.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to customer questions and concerns via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner
  • Answering inbound customer service calls
  • Replying to customer inquiries via email
  • Assisting customers with product questions, order status, returns, and general support
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately using our ticketing and support systems
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Providing an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Infinity Tools brand

You Must Possess:

  • At least two years of proven customer service experience
  • A friendly, professional personality that comes across clearly in chat, email, and phone communication
  • Above-average written communication skills (critical due to the chat-focused nature of the role)
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and an organized mindset
  • Ability to take notes, multitask, and work independently
  • Knowledge of woodworking tools is very helpful

You'll Also Need:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience supporting customers through live chat or online ticketing systems is a big plus
  • Knowledge of woodworking products and practices or experience working with specialized tools is highly desirable
