Boeing's Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Human Resources Business Partner (Associate or Experienced) to support our Air Dominance and Phantom Works engineering teams in Ridley Park, PA.
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in this role will be responsible for partnering with manufacturing leaders to lead initiatives that align with our business objectives, including workforce planning and talent management, while fostering a culture of belonging, innovation and accelerated learning. A successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully galvanizing teams to achieve common goals.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Boeing Defense and Security leadership teams to create talent and HR strategies that support business objectives including talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning and talent management
Collaborate closely with the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and Engineering workforce teams, to efficiently ramp up staffing levels in response to the demands of newly awarded contracts, ensuring that all hiring needs are met in a timely and effective manner
Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business leadership and colleagues across HR, including our Centers of Excellence (CoEs), based on trust, credibility, expertise and business acumen
Accountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement and driving employee centric solutions
Coach all team member levels, including management, on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence
Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to identify trends, drive solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Address HR-related issues, consulting with management to develop cohesive, business-focused strategies that mitigate organizational risk
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), with a focus on talent management and workforce planning
3+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing associated projects
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), with a focus on talent management and workforce planning
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Human Resources certification(s)
Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis
