HVAC Service Tech

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Tech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy optimal comfort and efficiency in their environments.

Duties

• Service HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical components and diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with team members to build and install ductwork, ensuring proper airflow and system efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections of systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Drive company vans to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC Service or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Familiarity with property maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Experience in plumbing is desirable but not mandatory.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
