Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on treatment to patients with various injuries and conditions to help improve their mobility and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to create personalized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities to assist with pain management and rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each patient
• Keep detailed records of patient treatments and progress

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
