Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our hotel or resort. Experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or guest relations is preferred-as well as experience in written/verbal communication and cleanliness

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly -assist in cleaning as well as organizing
• Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via phone or email
• Foster positive guest relations by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously
• Flexibility to work various shifts-weekdays/weekends
• Hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate-

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
