What You'll Do- Provide administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents; maintain accurate records and files.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with department communications.
- Support data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as the point of contact for residents
- Act as Liaison at Resident meetings
- Conduct daily resident check-in and respond to emergency pull cords
- Assist Director with HUD procedures, getting forms and updating regulations
- Create and maintain monthly calendar
Part-Time schedule, 1 hour per week. Weekends and holidays only.

Requirements
Qualifications You Bring- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
