What Youll Do

Hands-On Leadership (70%)

• Keep quality, safety, and service standards top-tier
• Manage prep, portioning, and customer flow to reduce wait times
• Be a problem-solving projump in where needed
• Lead by example with next-level hospitality and team spirit
• Oversee cleanliness and sanitationbecause details matter

Business & Strategy (30%)

• Own the P&L gamedrive sales, manage costs, and grow the business
• Build a strong community presence to attract new and returning guests
• Hire, train, and develop an all-star team
• Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Cool under pressurefast-paced environments are your jam
• A leader at heartyou inspire, motivate, and rally the team
• Strong business skillsbudgeting, cost controls, and strategy are second nature
• Flexible schedule (including weekends & evenings)
• ServeSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
