Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning and hospitality, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our property.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all spaces are spotless and inviting.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
