Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
• Handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols at all times
• Support the serving team by bussing tables and ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
• Assist with banquet setup and service as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or culinary roles is a plus
• Hospitality or banquet experience is advantageous but not required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
