strong team collaboration, and a reputation for results. We are expanding our property

management division and are seeking a professional, capable, and motivated Property

Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented Property Manager to

oversee a team managing a large portfolio of rental properties. This role requires

management skill in leading a team working cooperatively with property owners, tenants,

vendors, and internal team members.

Real estate experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong

management backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in leading the brokerage team to ensure smooth operations
• Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties
• Respond to tenant and owner inquiries professionally and promptly
• Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and move-in/move-out
• processes
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members and vendors
• Handle tenant issues with diplomacy and firmness when needed

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
• Conduct property visits and inspections as required
• Ensure compliance with California landlord-tenant laws and company policies

Requirements

Required:

• Proven management or supervisory experience

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Comfortable with both office and field duties

• Professional and calm approach when working with owners and tenants

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Preferred:

• Experience in property management or real estate

• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant law

• Familiarity with property management software (training available)
