*Responsibilities: *

  • Design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Amazon Connect, SIP, and VOIP systems.
  • Develop and optimize contact flows, IVR, and call routing strategies.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and automate workflows using Python.
  • Build and maintain real-time audio/video solutions with WebRTC for web.
  • Manage SIP trunking, DID, and Toll-Free Numbers; coordinate with telecom providers.
  • Ensure security and compliance with AWS best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct interoperability testing, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
  • Integrate contact center platforms with ServiceNow CRM for seamless workflow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in contact flows, agent connectivity, and integrations.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics, reports, and dashboards to improve operations.
  • Create technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
  • Train and support stakeholders on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.

*Responsibilities: *

  • Design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning.
  • Build, deploy, and optimize applications and integrations using Python (or Java) within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments, including configuration of IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Jules and manage code repositories with Git/Bitbucket.
  • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale them to production-ready systems.
  • Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering, automation, and data fluency.
  • Support container orchestration and deployment in AWS Cloud environments.
  • Apply best practices for data security, compliance, and call recording in telephony platforms.
  • Stay current with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technologies.
