What You'll Contribute
As an Associate of Product Management & Operations, you will provide critical support to the Product team in both day-to-day product execution and operational oversight. This role offers exposure to product strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, while also building foundational skills in product operations, controls, and risk management. You will split your time between supporting product managers with business management tasks and performing core operational functions to ensure our products run smoothly and effectively.
What You'll Do
Assist with lender and school set-ups, disclosure management, and other operational activities tied to loan originations.
Support product and pricing controls monitoring, reporting, and exception research to ensure a strong risk and compliance posture.
Provide support for audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews by preparing materials and liaising with risk/control partners.
Contribute to process mapping and improvement efforts to identify efficiencies and validate that controls mitigate business/operational risks.
Coordinate with product managers to help launch new features and functionality with proper business and controls oversight.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Credit, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations) to support product initiatives and ensure alignment.
Provide day-to-day support to the Product team, including preparing analyses, monitoring performance, and developing executive-ready updates.

What you have
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus but not necessary.
0–2 years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Risk/Controls, Consulting, or related field (internships or project work acceptable).
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (oral and written), with a willingness to collaborate across teams.
Interest in product management, operations, and financial services; eagerness to grow into more advanced product responsibilities.
