Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC-R Technician to join our team, providing expert service in

refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, plumbing, and equipment repair, with the ability to interpret schematics and HVAC design plans. This role involves field service work across various property types, ensuring optimal operation and maintenance of

refrigeration equipment. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC-R systems refrigeration equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating mechanical components.
• Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics
• Follow safety protocols during field service operations to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed.

Skills

• Proven experience as an HVAC-R ervice Technician or in related construction/mechanical fields.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-R ystems, refrigeration, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Ability to read schematics and understand HVAC-R .
• Mechanical knowledge with experience
• Familiarity with field service operations across different property types.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; experience with HVAC/R is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
