Your Day In The Life

You'll spend your day on the move in Kirkwood, MO, meeting homeowners and performing detailed inspections—including getting on roofs and into attics to diagnose needs. You'll be the bridge between the client and their insurance company, helping them navigate claims and providing customized proposals that protect their most valuable asset. It is physical, active work where you can see your progress daily as you move jobs from a simple handshake to a completed, high-quality installation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience
• Ability to lift 45–85 lbs, set up ladders, and walk an 8/12 pitch roof
• Proficiency in CRM systems and diagnosing roofing leaks
• Strong organizational skills and independent time management
• High-level communication and negotiation skills

Pay: $100, $150,000.00 per year
