Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a proven track record in strategic planning, and the ability to drive business growth. Duties

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and supervise teams across various departments, fostering a high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee profit & loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand client base.
  • Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for executive review.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across all operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management with a strong background in supervising teams and overseeing operations.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment is preferred. Pay: From $25.26 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
