You focus on connecting with homeowners, sharing the benefits of high-speed fiber internet, and helping them upgrade on the spot. No cold calling. No appointment setting. Just meaningful conversations backed by a product people actually want.
What You'll Do
- Visit local neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to high-speed fiber internet solutions
- Use modern digital tools, mobile apps, and real-time data to guide your conversations
- Build quick rapport, understand homeowner needs, and help them choose the right package
- Close sales directly in the field using our streamlined tech platform
- Collaborate with leaders and teammates who coach, mentor, and help you level up fast
Earnings & Benefits
- Average Earnings: $1,500–$2,000 per week for reps hitting weekly goals
- Top Performers: $2,500–$3,000+ per week
- Sign On Bonus: Anywhere from $500-$1,500 dependent on experience
- PAID TRAINING
- Commission: $150–$200 per sale (based on package size)
- Weekly Minimum Expectation: 10 sales per week
- Weekly Draw: $400 provided for travel, lodging & meals when on the road
- Additional Perks: 401(k), comprehensive training, digital tools, and hands-on leadership development
What We're Looking For
- Highly motivated, energetic, and driven to hit goals
- Comfortable engaging with people face-to-face
- Naturally tech-savvy — quick to learn new apps, tools, and digital systems
- Flexible schedule (afternoons, evenings, weekends)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is helpful, but not required — we train you everything you need
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85, $135,000.00 per year
