CarePartners Senior Living is looking for an eexperienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth at our Lynden Manor community in Lynden, WA. We're a locally owned and operated senior living company dedicated to providing affordable, quality care - and we believe in rewarding performance.

• Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and community professionals
• Partner with internal marketing teams to create and implement outreach campaigns
• Track keads and manage date using CRM tools (such as Salesforce)
• Represent CarePartners Senior Living with professionalism, compassion and enthusiasm
• Conduct tours, follow up with prospects and close move-ins
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
• Partner with internal marketing teams to create and implement outreach campaigns
• Track leads and manage data using CRM tools (such as SalesForce)
• Represent CarePartners Senior Living with professionalism, compassion and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in senior living sales or marketing (assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred)
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
