Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that shifts run smoothly, and guests are satisfied
• Master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs
• Maintain a positive work culture
• Resolving Guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues
• Training new Team Members
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintaining food and labor costs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of restaurant, fast food, or retail experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset
• Must be over 18 years old

Availability:
Must be flexible as your work schedule may vary week-to-week based on business needs, while fostering a fair work/life balance. Monthly schedules may require some overtime. Pay based on experience.
