Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and cultivate a thriving organizational culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and performance management. Your leadership will drive the development of HR programs that support our business objectives, foster employee engagement, and ensure legal adherence across all HR functions. Duties

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, facilitating resolution through effective negotiation and conflict management techniques.
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with employment law and OSHA standards.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems that promote continuous feedback, employee evaluation, and career development aligned with organizational goals.
  • Supervise HRIS platforms like ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, Kronos, or UltiPro for accurate data collection, payroll processing, and human capital management.
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives such as succession planning, organization design, change management, and process improvement to optimize workforce effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA regulations and labor law requirements through regular audits and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on HR program management that supports organizational growth while maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising HR teams with a strong background in human resources management principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing techniques and interviewing skills using ATS like Taleo or PeopleSoft.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Ceridian, or Dayforce for data analysis and process automation.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to manage employee relations effectively.
  • Experience with performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to foster continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead organizational design initiatives and manage change effectively within fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with payroll platforms like Paychex or ADP for accurate processing and compliance purposes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity for strategic planning, budgeting, and program management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred. Pay: $65, $78,308.70 per year
