Bartender / Server

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender / Server to join our vibrant hospitality team Positions are available in 2 of our restaurants. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, engaging interactions, and expert beverage and food knowledge. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Whether mixing cocktails, serving delicious dishes, or managing multiple tables with efficiency, you will play a vital role in delivering a lively and memorable atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Take orders accurately using POS system Toast.
• Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on preferences
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours with excellent time management skills to ensure timely service
• Uphold food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or server in a high volume restaurant.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Toast
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.38 - $8.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
