Dishwasher/Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. We are primarily looking for a AM dishwasher that requires driving product between both locations and a PM dishwasher to help out with various catering events. This position is primarily at Stone Crossing and transfers product to Old State Saloon.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including helping cooks with basic culinary tasks.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns regarding kitchen equipment to management promptly.
• Transporting product and dishes between both locations in a company vehicle.
• Running various tasks such as picking up propane, filling the company vehicle with gas, oil changes, etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license to transport product between locations.
• Must be 19 or older.
