Working as a Line Cook/Prep is a core essential role of bringing quality and also maintaining the kitchen. The needs for this crucial role is to have an open mind, warm character, willingness to grow as that is our value with the desire to learn. You will also need to have diligence and speed to take care of all of the orders and prep. A great candidate will go above and beyond to ensure safety, consistency, quality, and understanding food cost.

Being one of the biggest spots in St. Helens, you will encounter a lot of regulars. Back of House is also essential for the customer experience.
