Your Job

• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
• Answers incoming phone calls and greets facility visitors
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
• Other related duties as assigned by the Administrator

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One year of job related experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility (Have other qualifying experience? We want to hear from you)
• Motivated and organized team-player
