About The Role
As Talent Acquisition Director, you will own how FundView hires. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for building a disciplined, repeatable hiring engine that supports FundView's growth. You will have clear ownership over recruiting strategy, execution, and the systems and standards that sit behind them.

You will partner closely with leadership to translate growth plans into hiring priorities, run high-quality search processes, and raise the bar on talent across the company. The role spans the full recruiting lifecycle - from proactive sourcing and pipeline development to interview design, offers, and continuous improvement of hiring processes and data.

Success in this role means bringing structure, speed, and judgment to hiring - delivering strong outcomes while creating a professional, efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with FundView's senior leadership to set and execute the talent acquisition strategy.
• Own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sales, marketing, product & engineering, customer success, implementation, and support.
• Build, operate, and continuously improve recruiting processes with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Design and oversee onboarding processes to reduce time-to-impact for new hires.
• Support performance reviews and career development in partnership with ownership and functional leaders.
• Establish clear reporting and metrics across the hiring funnel, including pipeline health, candidate progress, and hiring outcomes.
• Represent and reinforce FundView's culture and values throughout the hiring and employee lifecycle.
• Identify and implement improvements to people processes as the organization scales.

Required Qualifications

• Experience matters more than credentials; no degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or people leadership, ideally in a scaling, fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated success owning full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and role types.
• Strong judgment and relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust from candidates and senior leaders.
• Hands-on, scrappy operator mentality - comfortable doing the work, not just designing the process.
• Strong instincts for talent, culture fit, and long-term impact. Comfortable operating with limited structure and ambiguity; able to create clarity and momentum where none exists

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS businesses, ideally in a scaling or PE-backed environment.
• Experience building hiring processes and infrastructure from scratch or improving existing systems.
