What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage multiple simultaneous construction projects, ensuring schedule, cost management, and quality are maintained
• Measure contractor and supplier performance and maintain a list of qualified contractors
• Provide overall contract management and coordination between developers, project managers, and construction companies
• Coordinate internal resources to support various projects during construction
• Budget and track costs for assigned projects while resolving conflicts as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management as a project manager
• Strong knowledge of AIA documents, construction bidding methods, and construction management
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in big box and/or supermarket retail construction
• Familiarity with remodeling open businesses and building takeovers
