Nova NRG is scaling fast and needs experienced closers who want high-quality, high-consistency volume. Our call center books solid in-home consultations daily — you focus purely on running appointments and converting.

This is a high-earning role for reps who already know the solar game and want to maximize time in homes, not in the pipeline.

Your Day-to-Day

• Attend scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners already educated and expecting a proposal
• Deliver a smooth, confident consultation using Nova NRG's structured sales process
• Show system options, ROI, and financing clearly and professionally
• Close deals consistently with no need to chase leads
• Communicate updates to operations when needed
