Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Front Desk Responsibilities
- Student Clinic Management
- Handle student clinic bookings, appointment scheduling, and client check-ins.
- Maintain accurate clinic records and ensure smooth daily operations of the student clinic.
- Student Enrollment Management
- Assist with student admissions, enrollment paperwork, and maintaining up-to-date student files.
- Communicate with new and current students regarding schedules, forms, and requirements.
- Class and School Schedule Coordination
- Help manage class timetables and instructor schedules.
- Notify students and staff of any class or room changes promptly.
- Clinic and Program Promotion
- Support the promotion of student clinic services and school programs through front-desk communication, flyers, and event coordination.
- Provide professional information to walk-in visitors and callers about school programs and services.
- Facility Organization and Cleanliness
- Help keep treatment rooms, clinic areas, and common spaces clean, organized, and ready for clients and students.
- Administrative and Staff Support
- Assist instructors, administrators, and the school director with tasks as needed, including document preparation and event coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred, especially in healthcare, education, or business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of front desk, administrative, or customer service experience. Experience in a medical clinic, therapy center, chiropractic office, or school setting is strongly preferred.
- Background Knowledge: Familiarity with medical, therapy, or educational environments and terminology is highly valued.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and scheduling or booking systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service and phone etiquette.
- Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professionalism: Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with students, clients, and visitors.
- Teamwork: Cooperative and supportive attitude with the ability to assist instructors, staff, and administrators as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and willing to assist with administrative, facility, or clinic-related duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
