About Us

Grace to Grow is launching a center-based early intervention program for children ages 18 months–6 years in South Augusta. We are hiring a BCBA who is passionate about gentle, play-based ABA and wants to help build a high-quality program from the ground up.

This role begins with flexible part-time contract hours during Medicaid credentialing and transitions to full-time leadership as caseload builds.

Pay

  • Contract: $65–$85/hr
  • Full-Time Salary: $75,000–$95,000

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar play-based tools)
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to RBTs and assistant-level staff
  • Deliver parent training and family support
  • Monitor progress and update treatment goals
  • Assist with clinic procedures, systems, and quality of care
  • Maintain Medicaid and BACB compliance

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Comfortable supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs
  • Interest in early childhood intervention
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule

  • Flexible hours during credentialing
  • M–F daytime clinic hours once caseload begins
  • No nights or weekend requirements
  • Opportunity for hybrid planning/documentation hours
