Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces with precision and efficiency
• Ensure all floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to uphold pristine conditions
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction
• Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial equipment and eco-friendly products
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Support team efforts by assisting with laundry services, deep cleaning projects, or special event preparations as needed

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with industry standards
• Hands-on experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and stripping floors
• Background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments that require rigorous attention to detail
• Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles to enhance guest interactions
• Proven ability to manage janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced settings
• Experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus but not mandatory
